ApodanNordic´s history goes back to 1950, in 1962 it became a private company and in 1990 converted into a limited company (A/S). In the early years, activities were mainly trading with raw materials and nursing consumables as well as production of galenics - pharmacies in Denmark and Iceland being the major customers.
Today, main activities are development, production and sale of a wide range of pharmaceutical packaging items as well as a number of unique health care products. Products are sold worldwide, and the Nordic countries is the primary market area.
Our premises in Copenhagen including 4,000 m2 warehouse and assembling facilities are situated centrally close to the heart of Copenhagen and the international airport and with freight terminals for sea and overland transport within easy reach, optimum transport services are available for Nordic customers. Furthermore, we are also located in the rapidly developing Øresund region of Denmark and Sweden, and across the new Øresund link, Malmö can be reached within 30 minutes. We are also situated in the heart of "Medicon Valley", in easy reach to most of our customers.
